With over 750 teacher training hours and over 40 years of personal sadhana (spiritual practice), I am an experienced yogini and teacher of hatha, yin, restorative, meditation, yoga nidra, mantra, kirtan, nada (sound) yoga and sound healing. See Qualifications page for more information.
I love to offer multi dimensional experiences, drawing on sound healing, voice work and yoga practices, that help people find physical, mental, emotional and spiritual ease and connection within themselves and with the world around them.
I have taught yoga for many years in a wide variety of settings including pre-schools, primary and secondary schools, special schools, gyms, community centres, corporate events, wellbeing retreats, festivals, yoga studios and private practice.
